Pilates Teacher Training

We have just completed weekend three of 5 training weekends for the Glasgow Pilates Teacher Training which means we’re more than halfway there!

I have to admit, Pilates has a weird reputation…

For whatever reason, people seem to think this is a trend for skinny, stinking rich, white women.

It’s not. We’re proof of that!

It’s for everyone. In fact, the more people we can reach with this modality and message, the better the world will be.

You don’t need to have a dancer’s body. You definitely don’t need to fit into an age range. And you’re not expected to be flexible. You can be an ordinary person and still be an extraordinary Pilates teacher.

Dates for 2025 have just been released and we’ve included an extended payment plan so check it out via the link in our bio.  Meanwhile, places for the Belfast Pilates Teacher Training starting this September are filling up fast!
