I can’t breathe

I can’t breathe right now! It turns out that Alisdair has Glandular Fever (Mono for my friends in the States) and I have caught it from him. So I’m wheezing and coughing and trying not to fall asleep in my dinner.

However, life goes on and so I want to give you a heads-up that I’ll be continuing to talk breathwork (and will be sending out more emails) as I approach the start of the next round of Breathwork Facilitator Training on Tuesday 7th May.

This will be the last opportunity to join the training in this shorter (and cheaper) format. In September the course will be extended to 9 months and will incorporate a business skills module as well as the breathwork and space holding skills.

So why should you join in May? Here’s why this training is unlike any other:

  1. Open to All: Unlike the yoga course I teach, this training is open to anyone interested in supporting and healing trauma in clients, whether it’s one-on-one or in group settings.
  2. Accessible: You don’t need fancy equipment or hefty investments. Learn the tools and start helping your clients feel better fast.
  3. Cutting-Edge Impact: Breathwork is one of the most impactful ways to support people, and this training covers a variety of breathwork techniques tailored to individual needs.
  4. Comprehensive Accreditation: Our four-month, 100-hour training is endorsed by CIMSPA and accredited by IPHM, ensuring you gain the skills, knowledge, and competence required to excel as a breathwork facilitator.
